Ramp Up is a program that will introduce you to the barbell & gymnastic movements you'll encounter in our group functional fitness classes. We will explain the why behind our program, and how the gym works!
This program consists of 4 x 60min sessions where you will meet with a Coach and progress toward joining our group training programs.
Introduce you to basic barbell & bodyweight movements
Stay motivated by cultivating new friendships and accountability-buddies with our community
