1. Go through 4 x 60min Ramp Up sessions with a Coach to learn basic barbell & gymnastic movements that you'll use in our classes.
2. Fall in love with training, like we have!

Test Out Process
Have >1 year of experience in functional fitness style training?
Bypass our Ramp Up program and jump into the classes after a Test Out session with a Coach to verify you can perform the standard Oly lifts & gymnastic movements safely, and give you the brief rundown of everything Derby City has to offer.
